Authenticity is power

Hey there.

The thought of the week is “authenticity is power”.

Being in this amazing town in Costa Rica called “Santa Teresa”, I feel like I’m surrounded by authenticity.

You can feel it in the air.

I’ve always found it easy to tell when somebody is being authentic or not.

Authenticity is contagious.

It’s a superpower.

And the more authentic people you surround yourself with, the more authentic you become.

This past week, I truly feel like I leaned into my authenticity so much.

I’ve been able to meet and connect with so many other people here through simply being myself.

And it’s felt so refreshing.

Especially since I’ve been able to meet other like-minded people who share similar values to me.

I think nature and the environment allow it to be a lot easier to tap into that creative nature.

Since I’ve been quite creative, I’ve been taking advantage of that through posting and filming lots of content here.

Been interviewing some amazing people and engaging in some very interesting conversations.

I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned and taken away from this whole experience with you guys in more detail.

I have a lot to share and talk about.

And I want to express it via short-form content on Instagram but also possibly long-form.

So stay tuned for a podcast where I explain and talk about this entire trip.

This trip is now coming to a wrap.

Been away for 3 months now between Miami and Costa Rica.

It’s time to go home now.

All good things come to an end.

And I couldn’t be more grateful for the time I’ve had here.

So many core memories that will carry on with me as I go through this year and my life.

I have to go now but we will be in touch very soon.
