IRL Miami Recap
Recap of the pre-launch meetup in Miami
What a fucking week.
That’s the best way I could sum up this trip up. 6 months ago, I never would have thought in my wildest dreams that I would be a part of something like this. Now here I am, not only a part of a meetup like this but hosting one and putting it all together. Honestly, everything has just been so surreal. I could sit here and say this trip exceeded my expectations. But it was a lot more than just that. The value was truly undescribable and intangible where you could only understand if you were here. None of us have ever experienced anything remotely close to this which made it extra special.
I used to see all sorts of meetups and in-person events for other communities and networks on social media. You don’t understand how much I envied what they had. The vibes just looked insane and it was something I was craving for myself and IRL. There’s a reason why I named this community “The IRL Experience". In real life experiences like these in different cities with different people across the world. From a digital environment to a physical one. Something that very few guys get to experience our age. How many 18 to 20-year-olds get to hit a workout at Muscle Beach together? Or how about hopping on a yacht looking out at Downtown Miami lit up at night? It’s just not something you see every day and I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of it.

An experience of a lifetime
I can go on and on about the cool activities we did and the amazing sights we saw. But that’s not going to be the part I’m going to remember and cherish. When I look back at this experience, it’s the simple things that really stood out and will leave a lasting impression on all of us. Those first moments after arriving in Miami and meeting everyone for the first time. The smiles on everyone’s faces were priceless. Our dinner at a top-notch steakhouse will be remembered not for the quality of the steak or restaurant. Instead, it will be for the conversations at that dinner table. The energy. It was all just different. I’ve been to a fair share of fancy dinners but nothing remotely close to this.
A group of 10 guys, all between the ages of 18 to 20-years-old walk into a fancy steakhouse, reserving a table for 10 in an empty room all to ourselves. As soon as we walked in, all eyes were staring at us. Most people probably thinking “What the hell are these kids doing in here”? I don’t blame them. It’s uncommon. And that’s what’s special. Uncommon people doing uncommon things. After dinner, we had some late-night walks talking about all sorts of topics. From life advice to relationships to business. The conversations were endless. The feeling was like no other. Being able to talk to guys that actually resonate with me. Everyone understood each other. It was as if we were brothers. After the first few days, we all already knew each other on a deeper level. Overall, the connections made were effortless and the vibes were endless.

Signing off
Here I am, sitting inside our AirBnB typing this out on a Sunday night. Already reminiscing on the adventures and quality time I got to experience with the boys. The ability to connect with like-minded guys from all across the world in a central location is just mind-blowing. The picture on the left down below was me just taking in the moment and soaking it all in. The boys were having the time of their life on the yacht while I was sitting there sort of having a proud dad moment. It was something I never experienced. That boat day on day 3 to penciling in “IRL x Miami” in the sand on the last day, day 7. I’m extremely grateful for what I got to experience with these 9 other guys that I can now call my brothers.

What’s to come
Alright guys, I can go on and on about this trip in Miami but I’m gonna end it off here. The reality is that no matter what, the value and experience here will only be understood if you’re right here with us. In-person. Bonding with the boys and truly experiencing the IRL experience.
This last week, I’ve been filming tons of content but ensuring to remain as present as possible. Really tried to balance the two and ultimately have the most memorable experience here with these boys. That being said, lots of content from this trip will be coming out within the week or so. From a Youtube video recap to tons of short-form content from the trip. In terms of big news, once I’m home, I will be announcing when registration for the platform will be released. It will be open for 2 weeks and limited to a certain number of members. As well, the next destination for an IRL meetup will be announced for some time this fall. So much exciting stuff to come this fall and I couldn’t be more excited to have you guys a part of it. Signing off now. IRL Miami was a success. Cheers to future meetups and to the future of IRL.
We’re just getting started.
Jared
