Stop waiting and start DOING

Hey team.

November 19th.

42 days.

That’s all we have until 2023 is in the history books.

Before you know it, we’ll be welcoming in the New Year.

Gyms will be packed.

They say January is the busiest month of the year and guess which two months are the least busy?

November and December.

Are you surprised? Because I sure am not.

99% wait until January 1st and tell themselves “New year, new me”.

If you TRULY want it bad enough, you’ll start now.

Whether that’s a fitness goal or maybe something completely unrelated.

Why? Because you understand the process. And the process begins with instilling routine and building a foundation.

Stop waiting and start doing.

Start now so you can build momentum into 2024 and lap everyone else out there.

This is the same exact reason why I don’t wait for Monday to start something new.

It’s cliché but we truly aren’t guaranteed tomorrow. We take too many things for granted and I’m guilty of it.

Which is why there’s always this inner voice in me telling me that:

“I get to do this” vs. “I have to do this”

I get to go to the gym.

I get to wake up early.

I get to hug my parents.

Being grateful is a practice.

It’s a skill you must develop just like any other skill in life.

So much to look forward to ..

Man oh man, these next 6 weeks are going to be the busiest I’ve ever been.

But it’ll be a good busy.

A busy that I will get rewarded for.

I get to release the “IRL London: The Movie” YouTube video this Wednesday.

(see how I said “I get to” lol)

But for real, I’m in a great position as I get to continue building something great with the boys in IRL.

I also get to slowly open back the doors and welcome in some new brothers.

A new chapter is opening up very soon. IRL 2.0 is fast approaching and I’m honored to be able to have such an impact on the select guys.
