Time to double down

Week in my life - 11/20 - 11/26
Happy Sunday!!
Just like that, it’s already the last full week of November!
For those who celebrated Thanksgiving this past weekend, I hope you had a great time with friends and family.
Not gonna lie, I’m a tad bit jealous of my American friends with their big Thanksgiving traditions with dinner and family.
Here in Canada, Thanksgiving is just not as big of a thing (just like with everything else lol).
I think it’s always nice to bring family together on whatever occasion it may be.
Hopefully, you guys didn’t indulge too much, and even if you may have, it’s time to move on and double down!!
The reason why I titled this newsletter “It’s time to double down” is because it really is the time to go as hard as you can.
If there’s ever a time in the year when people are the laziest, off their game and “taking it easy” it’s NOW.
Fewer people in the gym.
More people are off their diet.
And overall, people are just slowing it down after all the work they put in during the year.
Which is why it’s time to double down baby.
Go even harder so you can run laps around your competition.
By doubling down, I don’t mean only in business.
I’m talking about in every area of your life.
Maybe for you, it looks like saying “no” to that extra portion of food.
Or doing that extra rep or two in the gym.
These small decisions compound and now is by far the best time to stay disciplined with them.
Don’t you want to enter 2024 like an absolute beast?
Because for me, I know how important it is to really lock in this last tiny bit of the year.
Because this time of the year is the “busy season”.
I’ve gotten so busy recently that from time to time I’ve been combating analysis paralysis.
Just constant planning, overthinking, and time spent in my head.
So much so that it would lead to significantly less action being done on my end.
And it didn’t help that I also got sick this week!
I’m pretty sure I had the flu which led me to literally be in bed for 3 days straight.
As you can imagine, it was brutal.
All I wanted to do was feel healthy and fast forward the day.
Now that I’m back to feeling great, I couldn’t feel more grateful for gaining my health back.
I’ve been back to hybrid training where I’m lifting weights at the gym one day and then running outside the next.
So far it’s been great and one of the boys in IRL who is an avid runner has actually been coaching me along the way.
Talk about the power of connections, you never know when someone can provide you value at your doorstep.
This upcoming week is hugeee
Okay, I know I’ve been hinting towards exciting news and announcements to be made.
December is around the corner and it’s time to drop the ball.
This week will be when I release it all.
Between IRL 2.0 and all the details regarding that.
To our next IRL meet up 👀
And of course, the premiere of IRL London “The Movie” premiere on YT!!!
I can’t fricken wait.
Soooo much to look forward to.
Let’s get it guys and I’ll probably pop up in your inbox sometime this week :)
Much luv,
Jared
